GOAL: The October 2013 dedication is still expected, but due to conditions beyond our control, Fort Belvoir, Virginia is no longer an option for the placement of the National Monument. We are working with the Department of Defense on finding another suitable location within the Washington DC metropolitan area and will post that location once it has been secured.
